EnrolIQ is built with security at every layer. From encrypted storage to strict access controls, we take the protection of student data seriously.
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your student information is never stored or transmitted in plain text.
Secure authentication
User authentication is powered by AWS Cognito, providing industry-standard identity management with support for multi-factor authentication and secure session handling.
Role-based access control
Fine-grained permissions ensure users only see what they need to. Administrators can assign roles to control access to sensitive student data across their organisation.
Organisation-level data isolation
Each organisation's data is logically separated at the application layer. Strict scoping ensures that one organisation can never access another's records.
Hosted on AWS
EnrolIQ runs on Amazon Web Services, leveraging their world-class infrastructure, network security, and physical data centre protections.
Australian data residency
All data is stored in the AWS Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). Your student information stays in Australia.
Automated backups
Regular automated backups ensure your data is protected against loss. Backups are encrypted and stored securely within the same region.
Secure development practices
We follow secure coding practices including input validation, parameterised queries, and regular dependency updates to protect against common vulnerabilities.
